I often read stuff on twitter that I think should better be kept private … like talking bad about your clients or telling who you’re going to vote for or making political statements in general. With twitter its the same as with blogging: anyone can see it and if you’re posting stuff that someone could turn against you or that show that you’re stupid, you should better post that on a private channel.
But you all knew that already. I just got one more advice for you: if you’re going to apply for a job and have content you don’t like to see your employer on a twitter-channel, don’t apply with the E-Mail address that you use on Twitter. Because even if you think, it cannot be found on Twitter, you’re wrong. I’ll tell you how that (easily) works tomorrow.
